How to use it

Heat & Soul is a finishing salt: a pinch added at the end, not cooked into the pot. It's where flavour and heat meet, so start small and build.

Try a pinch on

Fried eggs finished with chilli salt — Eggs · the classic first date

Sliced seared steak with chilli salt — Steak, lamb, roast veg

Dark chocolate with chilli salt — Dark chocolate, caramel, mango

A margarita with a chilli salt rim — Margarita or michelada rim

Avocado toast with chilli salt — Avo toast

Grilled corn with butter and chilli salt — Grilled corn

Fried or scrambled eggs, the classic first date with Inferno.

Handle with respect

This is built on one of the hottest chillies on earth. Use sparingly, wash your hands after handling, and keep it away from eyes and little ones. Not recommended for young children or anyone sensitive to chilli.

Storage

Keep the jar sealed in a cool, dry spot away from direct sun. No fridge needed.
