We're Adam & Kate.
Two people who fell for each other over a jar of something dangerously good.

It started with a friend of Kate's: someone with a gift for fire and a smoked chilli salt recipe he'd spent years perfecting. When he passed it on to her, it was a life-changing gift, and one she's never taken lightly.
Then Adam came along. Kate cooked. The salt was on the table. Adam reached for it like a dipping sauce and never looked back. Neither did she. Somewhere along the way it stopped being a condiment and became an obsession neither of us could put down.
Today every batch is blended with a secret mix of home-grown herbs we guard with our lives, then smoked and hand-packed by the two of us. No machines. No shortcuts. That's the only way it gets made right.
